Order Cancellation Policy

The exact cancellation terms depend on the service and are displayed in the selected offer before ordering.

Cancellation request

Send the order identifier and purchase details to [email protected]. The request is assessed under the accepted offer and applicable law.

Statutory withdrawal

Where Romanian Emergency Ordinance 34/2014 applies and no exception exists, consumers may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days under the law.

Article 16(l) excludes, among others, non-residential accommodation, catering and leisure services where the contract provides a specific performance date or period. The purchased offer may grant more favourable cancellation terms.

Online function

Where withdrawal applies, submit the declaration through “Withdraw from the contract here”. Receipt, content, date and time will be confirmed by email.

Refunds

Any amount legally due is refunded without undue delay through the original payment method, subject to applicable law and banking processing times.
