The Radisson Blu Aurum Brasov is located in the historic centre of Brasov, close to important historical sights. The entire historic centre tells the story of the era of the guilds, a great artistic era for the city.

It all started when I discovered the rich and fascinating past of this place. Together with a team of professionals, we set out to bring back to life the history of the place, the goldsmiths' stronghold and the goldsmiths. True works of art, original, varied and innovative for the Middle Ages, the craftsmen's works transformed Brasov into a popular production and export centre.

In the hotel rooms we continue the story with paintings of iconic dresses, carefully placed in each room.

The walls of the corridors are covered in paintings representing the historical buildings of Brasov, testimony to the ingenuity of the craftsmen of old.

The representative dresses and the reinterpreted jewellery are inspired by the exceptional work of the goldsmiths and bring to life the beauty and elegance of this craft.

mini museum of goldsmiths

We exhibited the history of the goldsmiths, in a Mini Goldsmiths' Museum documented in the basement of the hotel, where we discovered and preserved a small part of the medieval fortress wall.
