Welcome to Artis Restaurant, a unique dining experience in the heart of Brasov’s historical center, Romania. Our name is derived from the Latin word for artist, reflecting our passion for culinary artistry and the rich history of our location.

Artis Restaurant is situated in the former Goldsmith Bastion, a historic area, that once housed master goldsmiths and craftsmen. Today, we carry on the tradition of creating exquisite works of art, but in the form of culinary delights that celebrate the fusion of European and Asian flavours.

Our menu is carefully curated to offer a diverse range of Euro-Asian dishes, including the delicious Japanese sushi. From fresh sashimi to savoury noodle dishes, our expert chefs use only the highest quality ingredients to create dishes that are as visually stunning as they are delicious.
